La misma se llevará a cabo el sábado 18 y el domingo 19 de febrero en el campo de deportes del club San Clemente. Fue declarada de Interés Municipal por Resolución N° 060/2022.
En ambas jornadas los espectáculos comenzarán a partir de las 21:30 horas. El sábado 18 actuarán el Ballet Así soy yo,, Banda Leonard, Hermanos Britez, Cachito González y los nuevos Reyes, y la Gauchita Cumbiera.
El domingo 19 estarán el Ballet Municipal de Folclore, el Ballet Joajú, Mingocho Vera, Grupo La Caravana, Monchito Merlo, y el Cuarteto Gigante. Además se hará elección de Reina y Princesa, junto a degustación y venta de salames artesanales elaborados por fabricantes de nuestra zona.
Esta fiesta, que se realiza año a año en nuestra ciudad de Chajarí, es de carácter provincial desde el año 2007, establecida por Decreto Provincial N° 5306, integrándose como inclusión permanente en el Calendario Oficial de Festividades Turísticas de Entre Ríos.
Cabe recordar que el Gobierno de la ciudad de Chajarí hizo entrega de un subsidio reintegrable al Club San Clemente por la suma de $1.200.000, que será utilizado para solventar los gastos de organización de esta XX Edición de la Fiesta Provincial del Salame. La entrega fue aprobada por Ordenanza N° 2750 del HCD, luego de tratarse en Comisión de Hacienda un pedido realizado por la institución. El subsidio deberá ser reintegrado en tres cuotas fijas, mensuales y consecutivas de $400.000, las que serán abonadas a partir de marzo del 2023.
