Un trabajador entrerriano de 38 años sufrió una fractura de cráneo como consecuencia de un grave accidente doméstico ocurrido en la noche del sábado, lo que motivó su urgente internación y posterior derivación a un hospital de mayor complejidad. Ante la delicada situación de salud, familiares, amigos y vecinos pidieron una cadena de oración por su recuperación.
El hecho se registró pasadas las 21 en una vivienda particular, cuando el hombre cayó mientras intentaba subir una escalera en el interior del domicilio. A raíz del impacto, golpeó fuertemente la parte posterior de la cabeza y sufrió lesiones de consideración.
Según la información consignada en la crónica policial, el hombre ingresó a la Guardia del Hospital Santa Rosa, donde fue asistido de urgencia por el personal médico. Tras ser evaluado, los profesionales constataron que presentaba una fractura de cráneo en la región posterior de la cabeza.
Diagnóstico y estado de salud
El diagnóstico inicial determinó un pronóstico de consecuencias graves, por lo que se activaron los protocolos correspondientes para este tipo de lesiones, consideradas de alta complejidad y riesgo. Debido a la gravedad del cuadro, se dispuso su derivación a un centro de mayor capacidad asistencial.
Tras la atención inicial, los médicos resolvieron su inmediata derivación al hospital Delicia Concepción Masvernat, de Concordia, donde se le practicarían estudios de mayor complejidad. El traslado se realizó para garantizar una atención especializada acorde a la gravedad del cuadro clínico.
